NMFS Adjusts Bluefin Tuna Regulations to Meet Domestic Management Objectives and ICCAT Recommendations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has amended regulations for the Atlantic bluefin tuna fishery to align with domestic management objectives and recommendations from the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act) and the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act (ATCA).
