Bureau of Land Management Announces Availability of South Powder River Basin Coal Final Environmental Impact Statement

The Bureau of Land Management has made available the final environmental impact statement for the potential sale of five federal coal leases in the Wyoming portion of the Powder River Basin, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act.
