VA Proposes Revisions to Debt Collection Regulations and Waiver Committees

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is proposing changes to its debt collection procedures, including simplifying standards and reflecting updates to federal debt collection laws, as well as revising regulations for regional office waiver committees and authority delegations.
