Renegotiation Board Interest Rate and Prompt Payment Interest Rate Regulations Updated for 2004

The Renegotiation Board has set the prompt payment interest rate at 4% per annum for the period from January 1, 2004, to June 30, 2004, as part of the Contract Disputes Act.
