HHS Announces Capacity Building Assistance for Minority HIV Prevention Services

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released a notice announcing the availability of funds for a capacity building assistance program aimed at improving HIV prevention services for racial and ethnic minority populations.
