USDA Proposes Amendment to Procedures for Excess Personal Property Acquisition and Transfer

The Office of Procurement and Property Management at the US Department of Agriculture proposes to update its procedures for acquiring and transferring excess personal property to support research, education, and related programs at Hispanic-Serving Institutions and Historically Black Colleges and Universities, including Tuskegee University.
