NASA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Outrigger Telescopes Project

NASA plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Outrigger Telescopes Project, which involves the construction and operation of telescopes at the W.M. Keck Observatory in Hawaii, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and relevant federal regulations.
