Air Force Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for New Mexico Training Range Initiative

The US Air Force is issuing a notice to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the New Mexico Training Range Initiative (NMTRI), a proposal aimed at enhancing training conditions for the 27th Fighter Wing and the New Mexico Air National Guard, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969.
