Farm Credit Administration Publishes Final Rule on Loan Policies and Disclosure to Shareholders and Investors

The Farm Credit Administration has published a final rule amending its regulations to provide more transparency on its lending practices to young, beginning, and small farmers and ranchers, as well as its disclosure to shareholders and investors.
