NRC Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), requesting approval for the collection of information on billing instructions for NRC cost-type contracts. The NRC will require approximately 2,140 contractors to respond monthly and on occasion, with an estimated annual burden of 1,070 hours.
