Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Proposal for Collection of Information from Non-Agreement States

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, requesting information from 18 non-agreement states under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC informs potential respondents that they are not required to respond to this collection unless it displays a valid OMB control number.
