NRC Staff Draft Assessment of Proposed Agreement Between Nuclear Regulatory Commission and State of Wisconsin

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a proposed agreement with the State of Wisconsin, which would transfer regulatory authority over certain radioactive materials from the NRC to the state. The proposed agreement has been previously published in the Federal Register and is now open for public review.
