Nuclear Regulatory Commission Confirms Effective Date for FuelSolutionsTM Cask System Revision

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has confirmed the effective date of May 7, 2003, for a direct final rule that amended the NRC's regulations to include the BNFL Fuel Solutions Corporation's Spent Fuel Management System listing in the List of approved spent fuel storage casks.
