NRC Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act for OMB Review and Public Comment

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The NRC is seeking public comment on the proposed information collection, which involves the export and import of nuclear equipment and material, and requires individuals and organizations in the US to report on their activities.
