Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Regulations for Facility Security Clearance and Safeguarding of National Security Information

The NRC is updating its rules to account for organizational changes, correct a minor mistake, and modify the example of a classification stamp, following the creation of the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response.
