Emergency Planning and Preparedness for Production and Utilization Facilities

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its emergency planning regulations governing the domestic licensing of production and utilization facilities. The proposed rule would amend the current regulations as they relate to NRC approval of licensee changes to Emergency Action Levels (EALs) and exercise requirements for co-located licensees.
