Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Standardized Spent Fuel Storage Casks

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has amended its regulations to include the Transnuclear, Inc. Standardized NUHOMS cask system, which can now store 32 pressurized water reactor assemblies, following the addition of Amendment No. 5 to Certificate of Compliance Number 1004.
