Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Requests OMB Review of Information Collection for Personal Qualification Statement--Licensee

The NRC has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which requires licensees to submit a Personal Qualification Statement--Licensee form on a periodic basis, typically every 6 years.
