Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Submits Proposal for Information Collection Review by Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

The NRC has submitted a revision to its information collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the OMB, requiring individuals and companies to submit a 'Duplication Request' form, which is expected to generate 15,800 annual responses and 1,883 hours of completion time.
