NRC Grants Exemption to Envirocare of Utah, Inc. for Special Nuclear Material Licensing Requirements

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Envirocare of Utah, Inc., exempting the company from certain NRC licensing requirements for special nuclear material. This exemption allows Envirocare to operate without additional regulatory oversight.
