NRC Approves Alternate Disposal Method for Well-Logging Waste

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved a license amendment request from Core Laboratories, Inc. (dba ProTechnics) to dispose of well-logging waste through an alternate method, allowing the injection of fracturing sand returns into Class II disposal wells.
