STP Nuclear Operating Company, et al., South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2; Notice of Consideration of Approval of Application Regarding Proposed Corporate Restructuring and Opportunity for a Hearing

The STP Nuclear Operating Company, along with other entities, has submitted an application to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for approval of a proposed corporate restructuring. The NRC is considering this application and is providing an opportunity for public hearing.
