Nuclear Regulatory Commission Extends Comment Period for Environmental Justice Policy Statement

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is extending the comment period for its draft policy statement on environmental justice matters in regulatory and licensing actions from January 5, 2004, to February 4, 2004, in response to public requests.
