Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Revised Spent Fuel Storage Casks for Amergen Corporation

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has amended its regulations to include Amendment No. 7 to the Transnuclear, Inc. Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System, allowing for the loading of damaged fuel and additional fuel types at Amergen Corporation's Oyster Creek Nuclear Station.
