NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Aston Martin Vanquish Cars

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has accepted a petition from a company requesting that 2002-2004 Aston Martin Vanquish passenger cars, which do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, be allowed to be imported into the US due to their similarity to previously certified vehicles and their ability to be modified to meet safety standards.
