Interim Final Rules on Prescription Drug and Health Care Spending

The Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor, and Department of the Treasury are issuing interim final rules requiring group health plans and health insurance issuers to submit information about prescription drugs and health care spending, as mandated by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021.
