Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Rear Impact Guard Labels Amendment

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is adopting a proposal to allow rear impact guard labels to be placed on the guard itself, rather than on a separate label, as long as the label does not interfere with required retroreflective sheeting and is accessible for visual inspection.
