Federal Acquisition Regulation; New Consolidated Form for Selection of Architect-Engineer Contractors (Delay of Effective Date)

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to delay the effective date of a new rule for selecting architect-engineer contractors, originally set for January 12, 2004, to June 8, 2004, to give industry users more time to prepare.
