Federal Acquisition Regulation; Government Property Disposal Simplified

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to streamline procedures, reduce paperwork, and eliminate requirements for disposing of government property held by contractors.
