Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Rental Charges and Special Tooling for Government Property

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council propose to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to clarify rental charges for government property and address special tooling, both applicable since 1998, to promote dual use and simplify the process.
