Federal Acquisition Regulation to Overhaul Performance-Based Service Acquisition

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to improve flexibility and reduce burden in performance-based service acquisition, including broadening the scope of performance-based acquisition and clarifying definitions.
