Notice of Approved Agency Information Collection: Information Collection: Records To Be Kept by Employers-Fair Labor Standards Act

The Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor has announced that its information collection request for employer records related to the Fair Labor Standards Act has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget. The collection will be revised and extended through November 30, 2024.
