Federal Acquisition Regulation Seeks OMB Approval for Bid Guarantee Information Collection

The FAR Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for bid guarantees, performance and payment bonds, and alternative payment protections, which expires on October 31, 2004, and invites public comments on the necessity and burden of the collection.
