Federal Acquisition Regulation; Information Collection; Certification of Independent Price Determination and Parent Company and Identifying Data

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for certification of independent price determination and parent company data. The current clearance expires on November 30, 2004, and public comments are invited on the necessity and utility of the collection.
