Federal Acquisition Regulation to Remove Exceptions for Small Disadvantaged Business and HUBZone Price Evaluation Factor

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation at the request of the Small Business Administration to remove some exceptions to the applicability of the Small Disadvantaged Business and HUBZone price evaluation factor, aiming to promote fair competition among small businesses.
