Maximum Per Diem Rates for the Continental United States (CONUS) Need to be Updated

The Federal government is updating the maximum per diem rates for locations within the continental United States (CONUS) to cover the reimbursement of Federal employees' expenses, including lodging, which will result in changes to existing per diem localities and the addition of new ones, according to the latest Per Diem Bulletin 05-1, which was posted on the Government Services Administration (GSA) website on August 31, 2004, and can be found at http://www.gsa.gov/perdiem.
