Federal Acquisition Regulation; Submission for OMB Review; Commerce Patent Regulations

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve an extension of an information collection requirement concerning commerce patent regulations, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public is invited to comment on the necessity and utility of this collection, as well as ways to minimize its burden.
