Federal Acquisition Regulation; Applicability of the Cost Principles and Penalties for Unallowable Costs

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule increasing the contract dollar threshold for assessing a penalty if a contractor includes unallowable costs in its claim for reimbursement.
