U.S. Considering Mutual Recognition Agreement on Marine Equipment with EEA EFTA States

The United States is considering a proposal to negotiate a mutual recognition agreement on marine equipment with Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein, EEA EFTA States, similar to the 2004 Marine Equipment MRA with the European Community (EC). The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public comment on this proposal.
