WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding Countervailing Duty Measures on Certain Steel Plate From Mexico

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is establishing a dispute settlement panel at the request of the Mexican government to review the calculation of countervailing duties on certain steel plate from Mexico. The panel will examine whether the U.S. Department of Commerce's determination was consistent with the World Trade Organization's Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures.
