U.S. Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) to Review Serbia and Montenegro for Beneficiary Developing Country Status

The U.S. Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program is reviewing the potential designation of Serbia and Montenegro as a beneficiary developing country, and the public is invited to comment on the criteria for this designation, with comments due by October 12, 2004.
