USTR Requests WTO Dispute Settlement on European Communities' Customs Practices

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has initiated a dispute settlement proceeding with the European Communities over customs practices, including classification and valuation of products and judicial review of administrative actions, following a request made on September 21, 2004, in accordance with the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (WTO Agreement).
