WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding Countervailing Duty Measures Concerning Certain Products from the European Communities

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is seeking public comments on a dispute with the European Communities regarding countervailing duty measures on certain products, following a request to establish a dispute settlement panel under the World Trade Organization.
