U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Complainant's Motion for Temporary Relief in Certain Home Vacuum Packaging Products Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has adopted part of a previous decision, denying a motion for temporary relief from the complainant in an investigation into Certain Home Vacuum Packaging Products, following a December 16, 2003, ruling by an administrative law judge.
