U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Patent Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination granting a motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation to add allegations of infringement of additional patent claims, including those from U.S. Patent No. 6,492,928 B1 and U.S. Patent No. 6,011,501.
