U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Biovea, Imposes General Exclusion Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement that terminated an investigation into Biovea, following a finding of a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930, resulting in a general exclusion order.
