U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Review Time for Certain Agricultural Vehicles and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has extended the review time for a preliminary determination in an investigation into a potential violation of the Tariff Act of 1930, allowing more time to review the findings of an administrative law judge and completing the investigation by May 13, 2004.
