U.S. International Trade Commission Spares Three Companies from Investigation Over Settlement Agreement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that allows Energizer Holdings, Inc. and Eveready Battery Co., Inc. to end an investigation into GP Batteries, International, Ltd., GPI, International, Ltd., and Gold Peak Industries (North America), Inc. due to a settlement agreement.
