U.S. Trade and Investment with Sub-Saharan Africa: Final Report

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has released its fifth and final report on U.S. trade and investment with Sub-Saharan Africa, following a 2000 investigation, and plans to submit it to the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) by December 10, 2004.
