U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Certain Absorbent Garments Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review the initial determination granting ABS Bienes de Capital S.A. de C.V. respondent status in the investigation into Certain Absorbent Garments, following a motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation.
